Water field low-level low-level application of pesticide technology breakthrough

On July 8th, the results of the 863 project “Research and equipment creation for low-altitude and low-level application of paddy fields in paddy fields” completed by the Nanjing Institute of Agricultural Mechanization of the Ministry of Agriculture passed the appraisal.

The project has successfully developed unmanned, ultra-low-level, low-volume sprays suitable for the application of paddy fields in China by means of high-efficiency and low-pollution pesticide application technologies, applicator equipment and work platforms, automatic control technology of pesticide application processes, and a number of high-tech fusions. Technology and equipment; verified by the National Plant Protection Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the indicators are compared with the existing conventional spraying machines, the operating efficiency is improved by more than 10 times, the effective utilization of pesticides is more than 35%, and the use of pesticides is saved by more than 20%. China's paddy field and other agricultural crop protection operations have provided entirely new application technologies and equipment, which is of great significance for improving the technical level of mechanized plant protection operations and promoting aviation application technology. Related results have good prospects for popularization and application.

“The research and equipment creation of low-altitude and low-level pesticide application technology in paddy field” fills the domestic gap. The research results of the project have reached the international advanced level. The automatic control technology of the agricultural unmanned helicopter has reached the international advanced level.
