Necropsy changes

There were a lot of fibrinoid exudates on the balloon, swelling of the thymus, hemorrhage, swelling of the glands and stomach, swelling of the lymph follicles of the intestine, individual hemorrhage, hemorrhage of the muscle stomach and stratum corneum. Rectal hemorrhage, endocardial strips of bleeding, kidney swelling and congestion, and some chicken kidneys have a large number of urate deposition, the formation of spotted kidney.

For the above symptomatic chickens, most clinical veterinarians began to diagnose kidney-type infectious bronchitis, but the effect was poor after treatment with renal branches, and the mortality rate increased and the condition worsened. And the use of general antiviral drugs is poor.

Diagnosis and treatment

According to the age of the flock, vaccine immunity, clinical symptoms and anatomical changes, the suspected bird flu is mild. The treatment is as follows:

Saifei (main component: Lincomycin hydrochloride), 200-250 kg water box, with odd effect (main component: pefloxacin mesylate) 300 to 400 kg water bottle, concentrated in the morning or afternoon Drinking water; night with kidney high resistance (main ingredient: multivitamin) 400 to 700 chickens drink water through the kidney.

For a group of birds that excrete watery excrement, add 15 to 20 kg of comminuted corn kernels per 50 kg feed to reduce feed protein.

This program was used for 3 to 4 days. The spirit of the chickens improved, feed intake rose, death was controlled, and the treatment effect was satisfactory.
