Key points of quality management during hatching of eggs

Key points of quality management during hatching of eggs

After entering the hatchery, high-quality eggs are screened, loaded, and then hatched into the incubator. During hatching, it is the key to ensure the quality of the chicks. The hatchway incubator is used. Control the following key points during incubation.

A pre-incubation incubator test run

Before hatching, the empty incubator should be scrubbed with O.05% Rip and then start the incubator for trial run. The running time should not be less than 10 hours. Should the egg be checked during the operation and the humidification system be heated? Normal, ensure trouble-free operation during work.

Pre-incubation

Before hatching, hatching eggs should be brought into the incubation hall in advance for preheating. The preheating time should be no less than 3 hours. There are two main reasons for the preheating: first, prevent embryos from being suddenly pushed into the incubator and cause cold and heat stimulation; second, prevent Eggs sweat (water droplets agglomerate on the surface of the eggs), causing odors to increase during hatching. The choice of human hatching time should be based on the chicken time.

Environmental control during the three incubation period

l Environmental control of hatchery

The temperature in the tunnel-type incubator actually changes from low to high and then from high to low. Therefore, when controlling the temperature, the principle of “mainly middle” and “inside end” should be implemented. The temperature control at the inlet end should be 37.9°C-38.1°C. Can't exceed 38 3°C, the middle is the incubation temperature of the third car from the end.

(1) Temperature regulation during incubation. Generally do not easily change the temperature during hatching. To be stable, a wide range of thermoregulation should be adjusted according to different seasons, changes in fertilization rates, egg ages, and the maximum adjustment interval should not exceed O.1 °C. After the completion of the disc, the temperature setting must be adjusted upwards, and the upper discarding temperature should be adjusted upwards so that the temperature in the incubator quickly returns to the required standard temperature. Each increase should not exceed 0.3 °C.

(2) Ventilation requirements in the hatchery. The incubator room is preferably under negative pressure ventilation, which is conducive to the discharge of indoor exhaust gas, and the external environment has little effect on the indoor environment of the incubator. The data proves that the size of the ventilation does not affect the development of the embryo. A 370 W fan in the hatchery of the 20 tunnel-type incubators can ensure that the exhaust gas in the incubator is exhausted. Therefore, the incubator should be ventilated under the premise of ensuring the temperature.

2 Hatchery Environment Control

Although the embryo has only 3 days in the hatcher, this is the key to ensuring the health of the chick, so the embryo can not be ignored in the 3 days of the hatcher.

(1) Pre-temperature and landing management. The day before the dish was placed, the hatchers should be fumigated: the dose was 42mL/m3 formaldehyde and 21g/m3 potassium permanganate. On-duty personnel should start preheating the hatcher 3 to 5 hours before the landing, count and check whether the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are working properly. If it is abnormal, notify the maintenance personnel in time and make a landing order before landing. It is planned that eggs of different ages should fall into hatchers in different locations to meet the incubation characteristics of embryos of different ages. After the disc is finished, the formaldehyde in the watering device shall be placed in the hatcher to volatilize naturally. A:water=1:1. Finally, check whether the positions of the two vehicles are flush, and then close the fan to open the door.

(2) Ventilation management during hatching. Ventilation of the hatchery room should bear in mind that there is protection in the early period and appropriate principles in the later period. Ventilation on the first day should be based on the guarantee of temperature and humidity. During this period, the embryos are in the mouth-opening period. Therefore, it is particularly important to ensure the humidity in the hatcher. The relative humidity is optimally 65% to 70%. The second day is the hatching period of the chicks, where the humidity is at the highest stage. Therefore, the amount of ventilation can be appropriately increased to facilitate the discharge of the exhaust gas. Starting from the second half of the second day, ventilation should be increased to facilitate the ventilation of the chicks.

Handling of power outage during the four incubation process

In the daily work, we should do a good job of generator maintenance and prepare enough fuel to cope with the sudden power outage. In the event of a power outage, the following operations should be followed:

(1) When the incubator is powered off for no more than 10 minutes, only the front door can be opened; when the power is off for 10 to 30 minutes, the front and rear doors of the incubator should be opened. In addition, the hatchet of the incubator was removed and the egg rack was leveled; when the power outage lasted for 30 minutes, the hatcher was pulled apart and the vehicle and car were kept at a distance of 10cm after removing the guard plate and flattening the egg rack. distance.

(2) When the hatcher goes out of power, if the stopping time is short, just open the door of the hatcher; if the time of the rainbow fruit is too long, the hatching screen should be pulled one by one; if the power cut exceeds half an hour, it should be Pull the hatchery to a well-ventilated place. When the call comes in, after everything is restored to its original position, the hatching room fan should be turned on to completely replace the air in the hatchery room.
