[diagnosis] The disease is mostly sporadic, with long-term slow weight loss and weakness, and palpable lymph nodes can be found when palpated on the abdomen. After the death, caseous nodules and enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes were found in the gut and in various organs. Note the difference with TB. Tuberculosis tuberculosis nodule generally does not occur in the cecum condyle and round cyst under the serosa; take the round capsule or condyle at the smear microscopy examination, do bacterial culture or biochemical experiments. Pseudotuberculosis is a gram-negative, non-acid-fast bacillus, and Mycobacterium tuberculosis is gram-positive and has acid-fast staining properties. [Prevention] There is currently no specific drug treatment and the emphasis is on prevention.
