After one year of continuous feeding, the researchers transferred the rats from the bright boxes to the dark boxes and shocked them to see how long it took them to learn to resist the transfer due to fear of electric shocks, so as to understand their learning ability. The experimental results show that the experimental rats who drink water need an average of about 1000 seconds to learn to resist the transfer. The average time for the three groups of experimental rats to drink orange juice to resist is 600 seconds to 700 seconds, and the higher the concentration of orange juice, the experimental mice learn The shorter the resistance time. In addition, the brains of the rats that drank the orange juice oxidized about 30% less than the rats that drank the water. The degree of brain oxidation is related to the degree of brain aging. Experts say that what ingredients in orange juice can inhibit brain aging remains to be further studied.
