(b) The solution The method to solve the above problem depends on the cause of the problem. To strictly select the wood chips, the wood chips should be spread in the home for 1 to 2 days in order to distribute the oil and moisture and kill the bacteria. In the original seed formulation, it is generally not necessary to add quicklime; when the cultivar is produced, the amount of lime may be less than 0.5% due to a large amount, but the PH value cannot exceed 8. Moisture should account for 60% to 65% of the total weight of the ingredients. The material is too dry to eat, and the material is too long for the hyphae to grow. When inoculated, warm-reading inoculation has the effect of fast-acting bacteria, but the material temperature must fall below 30°C. After the inoculation tool is burned by the alcohol lamp, it should be cooled and then vaccinated to avoid burning the bacteria.
Second, bacterial contamination (a) reasons: 1 sterilization is not complete. Incomplete sterilization often occurs with large areas of contamination, sometimes full of pollution. The parent species and the original species with bacteria are non-negligible factors of bacterial contamination, resulting in cross-infection and easily causing significant losses.

Inoculation personnel must strictly follow the aseptic procedures. When sterilizing, wrap the bottle (bag) mouth to prevent it from getting wet.
