There are four water plugging methods commonly used to build rural household biogas digesters

The construction of rural household biogas digesters encountered varying degrees of groundwater problems during construction. We combined the production practices and concluded four methods for water plugging.

First, outside the pool of deep wells (pit) drainage plugging method

Severe groundwater occurs when excavating a biogas pit, and one or more deep wells (pits) can be drilled outside the biogas pit. The bottom surface of the well (pit) is 70-100cm below the bottom surface of the biogas digester; at the bottom of the biogas pit, at the bottom of the pit The ditch is opened so that the seepage water flows into the well (pit) outside the biogas pit and is pumped by a submersible pump to the outside of the pit. During the construction of the digester, the surface of the well (pit) shall not be higher than the bottom surface of the digester. After the seal layer of the digester is solidified, after filling the water and passing the pressure test, the well will be buried outside the digester pit ( pit).

Second, the pool of water collection wells blind ditch drainage plugging method

When the digester is excavated, medium-sized groundwater appears on the wall of the pit and at the bottom of the pit. You can dig a collecting pit first at the bottom of the digester. The depth of the sump is suitable for submersible pumps. The bottom of the pit is covered with 10cm thick. The gravel and the reserved water for the sump wall communicate to collect the sub-layers of the puddle. The sump wall can be used to fill the concrete well wall with tiles and bricks. Conditional pre-made cement pipe or PVC pipe can be used as a water collection well. wall. Then, from the sump to the bottom of the pool open "10" word blind ditch, groove depth 10cm, width 8cm or so. The gutters are filled with gravel, and the seepage water in the pits flows into the water collecting pit from the “Ten” gutter, and the water is discharged to the outside of the methane tank with a submersible pump or manually. The bottom of the digester is covered with plastic membranes on the bottom of the “10′′ character ditch to the bottom of the biogas tank and the wall of the biogas tank. After the seepage water is isolated, the cement concrete and the biogas digester body at the bottom of the digester are constructed. After the completion of construction procedures such as plastering and sealing of biogas digesters, and after the end of the conservation period, the catchment pits at the bottom of the biogas digesters will be treated. The pit of the catchment well at the bottom of the digester is treated and inserted into the gravel layer at the bottom of the catchment pit with a water pipe. Then the ready-to-get yellow mud mass is tightly filled in the pit of the catchment surrounding the guide pipe, and the depth is about the depth of the pit. About one-half or so, cement concrete with water-blocking agent or sodium silicate is added immediately to the sump. The water flows from the mouth of the guide pipe to the basin and then to the outside of the tank. The cement sand to be plugged is removed. After the initial setting of the ash, the water from the water pipe can flow into the methane tank. After 12-24 hours, the cement concrete filling the sump has been solidified, and the flow of the water pipe is blocked. After the water in the digester is pumped, the nozzle of the aqueduct is 2-3cm below the surface of the catchment well, stuffed into the aqueduct with cotton and cloth, and then plugged with cement ash, and then squeezed into the aqueduct with a dry log. Then plaster the surface with cement.

Third, the pool leaking drainage plugging method

The water in the biogas digester that has been poured has leakage water. In the part of the biogas tank where the water seeps, the drilling holes are drilled and the water pipes are installed in the holes. The leakage water is concentrated in the water pipe and discharged outside the methane tank. After the completion of the construction of the biogas tank sealing layer, the flow of water from the aqueduct shall be treated, and the cloth shall be rammed into a "ball" ball and tightly packed into the water conduit. After the water is plugged, cement mortar shall be applied to the surface of the water conduit.

Fourth, the pool of micro-drainage plugging method

After the digester has completed the seal layer plastering, there is a small amount of seepage water in the digester. Use the cement mortar (preferably add a mixture of water-blocking agent or sodium silicate in the mortar), wipe it at the leak, and immediately use hay ash. Or quicklime, dry sand bags pressed on the cement ash has been wiped, gray bag water permeability and dry ash bag until the cement plaster layer solidification water leakage to.
