First, the main cause of the disease

2, the planting is too deep. Cucumbers in greenhouses are mostly cultivated in high ridges. Some farmers plant cucumber seedlings at the bottom of the ridges, which are basically level with the furrows. When watering, the water is easy to flood the interface, and the bacteria spread with the water to infect the cucumber stems on the interface. .

3, the face is not flat. The upper head of the scorpion is low, and the head of the water is high. That is, the vegetable peasant said that the water is deeper in the upper part of the glutinous surface, and the water surface exceeds the interface, causing the infection of the bacteria.

4. Improper grafting operation. The inserted cucumber has a small angle when the bamboo stick is inserted into the young stem of the cucumber, and the adventitious root of the grafted cucumber passes through the pumpkin medulla and contacts the soil. The common feature of the above four reasons is that the adventitious roots of cucumber are in contact with soil or irrigation water, creating conditions for the invasion of germs, leading to disease.

Second, prevention measures

1, the rootstock pumpkin is properly bred into "high seedlings." The epicotyl of the pumpkin is about 6cm. When the pumpkin is unearthed after sowing, the temperature is appropriately increased. Generally, it is 25°C during the day and 15°C at night, and the temperature is lowered after 1~2 days.

2. Strict grafting technology operation. When grafting, the first true leaf of the rootstock seedlings reaches about 2cm for grafting. When grafting, remove the growth point of the pumpkin first, and insert the bamboo stick from the side of the base of the cotyledon obliquely to the other side. The insertion depth is 0.5cm. It is not advisable to wear the rootstock of the rootstock.

3, the planting 畦 flat and fine. High ridge cultivation, the ridge back height is 20cm, which is “saddle type”, the furrow should be leveled, and the watering should be consistent.

4, the planting site should be appropriate. The cucumber seedlings were planted on the back of the ridge 10 cm away from the bottom of the ditch.
