Agricultural machine parts cleaning method

Different cleaning methods should be adopted for agricultural machinery parts with different materials and different precision.
First, remove oil
1. Degreasing with alkaline solution. For removal of animal and vegetable fats and mineral oils on the surface of steel parts, a small amount of emulsifier can be added to the alkaline solution and cleaned after warming. If pressure injection is used, the degreasing effect is better. After cleaning, spray with heated clean water to rinse off the alkali solution remaining on the surface of the part.
2. Degreasing with organic solvents. In order to prevent the strong corrosion of alkaline solutions to precision parts (such as high-pressure pumps, fuel injectors, etc.), organic solvents such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, and alcohol are generally used. Such parts are cleaned, and heating is generally not required.
3. Degreasing with aluminum alloy cleaning fluid. Since the alkali solution has a strong corrosion effect on the aluminum alloy and the organic solvent is expensive, when an aluminum alloy part is required to be repaired, the aluminum alloy cleaning solution can be configured to be cleaned. Usually use sodium silicate or sodium carbonate solution plus a small amount of potassium dichromate to prepare, heating to 60 ~ 70 °C for optimal cleaning results.
Second, remove coke
1. Mechanical method. Metal brush, blade and broken piston ring can be used to remove coke. However, because this method is easy to scratch the surface of parts, it is not necessary to use abrasive cloth and steel spatula to remove coke on the precision parts. It can be removed with wood, bamboo or copper spatula, or it can be rubbed back and forth on the cork board. . After removing the coke from the part mechanically, it must be carefully cleaned with oil. This method is simple and does not require equipment, but the disadvantage is that the hard-to-reach parts of the carbon deposit are not easy to clean.
2. Chemical method. Put the parts in the prepared chemical solution, soak them for a period of time to soften and loosen the coke. Then remove the parts, use a brush or a cotton wire to remove coke, wash it with hot water, and dry it.
Third, remove scale
1. Use hydrochloric acid. When clearing the scale of cast iron cylinder block, etc., the concentration of 8% to 10% of hydrochloric acid and 3% of the hydrochloric acid equivalent of Ruo Ding corrosion inhibitor solution heated to 50 ~ 60 °C into the water jacket, immersion 2 ~ 3 hours Discharge, wash with an aqueous solution added with potassium dichromate, or use a 5% concentration of aqueous caustic soda solution to inject the water jacket and neutralize the residual acid solution. Then rinse with water several times until it is clean. This method is suitable for removing scales whose major components are calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate.
2. Use caustic soda solution. When removing silicate-based scale, add 2% to 3% of the caustic soda aqueous solution to the cooling system. Wait for 1 to 2 days after the standby vehicle runs. Rinse with clean water, repeat once, and finally use clean water. Clean the cooling system.
