Tibet, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, including 9 in the eastern region, 5 in the central region, and 8 in the western region; 9 under construction, including: Hebei, Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Guangdong, Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, and Shaanxi. The construction progress of county-level platforms is significantly lower than that of provincial and municipal platforms. 2.2 As for the organization and guarantee of the guarantee system, more than 85% of the provincial and municipal levels have established regional health informationization leading groups; in terms of system construction, 80% of provincial and 60% municipalities have established conference and project safety management related systems, and the eastern The overall regional system construction is better than that of the western and central regions; in terms of the talent team, compared with the 2012 survey results, the proportion of undergraduate education personnel has increased significantly (the proportion has increased from 40% to 80%). 2.3 In terms of infrastructure safety, more than 70% of the platforms have professional computer rooms; in terms of network security, 84% of the platforms use internal and external network isolation; in terms of data security, the data disaster recovery of provincial platforms is basically covered. The municipal and county-level platforms for data disaster recovery reached 83%, which was greatly improved compared with the 2012 survey results (66%).
