First, prepare before starting

1. According to the experimental requirements, select the appropriate column;

Second, boot

1. Open the required carrier gas source switch, adjust the pressure regulator valve to 0.3~0.5 Mpa, and see the pressure gauge on the pressure gauge before the column to open the main power supply to adjust the gas flow to the experimental requirements;

2. Set the detector temperature, vaporization chamber temperature, and oven temperature on the host control panel. When the boiling point range of each component of the measured object is wide, set the temperature programming rate. After confirming the error, save the parameters and start heating up.

3. Open the valve of hydrogen generator and pure air pump, adjust the hydrogen pressure to 0.3~0.4Mpa, adjust the air pressure to 0.3~0.5Mpa, adjust the gas flow to the experimental requirements on the main gas flow control panel; when the detector temperature is greater than At 100 °C, press the "Ignition" button to ignite, and check whether the ignition is successful. After the ignition is successful, the sample can be injected after the baseline is stable.

Third, shut down

Turn off the hydrogen and air source of the FID, reduce the column temperature to below 50 °C, turn off the power to the main unit, and turn off the carrier gas source. When closing the air supply, first close the cylinder total pressure valve. After the pressure pointer returns to zero, close the regulator switch before leaving.

Fourth, Thermo Scientific Gas Chromatograph Precautions

1. The total pressure gauge of gas cylinders shall not be less than 2Mpa;

2, must be strictly leak detection;

3. It is strictly forbidden to turn on the power when there is no carrier gas pressure.
