Cultivation of Agaricus bisporus using straw

Cultivation of Agaricus bisporus using straw

There are more than 80,000 acres of rice in Haidian District, Beijing. Except for the use of a portion of straw, most are burned, which pollutes the environment and wastes resources. According to this situation, we studied 9 mushroom species and finally determined that the grass rot mushroom was one of the ways to use straw. The key technologies for cultivation of Agaricus bisporus are as follows.
I. Cultivation facilities From the comparative study of five different cultivation facilities in the Beijing area, the simple bamboo-wood structure multi-layer bed frame mushroom shed is a mushroom shed that is easily popularized in Beijing.
Second, the comparative study of strains of the formula by comparison of the first-class strains of five different formulas concluded that: glucose-added formula mycelium best growth.
Through the comparative study of the four formulations of the second and third grade strains, the best formula was selected as follows: 9 kg of wheat kernels, 1 kg of composted manure, 0.1 kg of gypsum powder, 0.01 kg of lime powder, proper amount of water, and pH value of 7.5. Bottles were covered with 15 grams of decomposed livestock manure on each bottle. According to this formula, the mycelium grows best.
Third, the cultivation of winter cultivation materials In order to turn urban agricultural and sideline products straw into a treasure, but also to make rice farmers grow their own income in the leisure time, to solve the problem of winter cultivation materials is very important. In the study, on the basis of the original production system, certain measures were added to successfully stack the pure organic cultivation materials under the natural temperature conditions of -7-5°C during the winter, which will be the annual production of the edible mushroom of Agaricus bisporus and other edible materials that use tanning culture materials. Aspects provide experience.
4. Comparison of five different covering materials before the fruiting process of the covering materials showed that the covering material of the grass-charcoal soil of Haidian District was the best for the mushroom, while the peat grass of the Northeast was too loose and should not be used alone.
V. Illumination In the actual production, light intensity often occurs, and the quality of the fruit body decreases or the value of the product is lost. For this reason, we studied the effect of different light on the fruit body, and determined that the light index is 0-600 lux for the appropriate light intensity, 20-80 lux for the optimal light intensity, and 800 lux for the highest critical value.

Royal Jelly is also called Bee Milk. The fresh royal jelly is slightly ropy milk paste  substance; it is the excretive mixture of nutrition gland and maxilla gland of the head of little worker bee. The worker bees use this to feed the 1-3 days` worker bee larva and drone larva, 1-5.5 days` queen bee larva and queen bee in the oviposition period. The royal jelly is the biologic product containing very complicated active elements which contains almost all the nutrition elements required by the growth of the human body.
