The product has a very high use value, on the one hand can be used for detoxification fermentation of cotton cake, made of non-toxic cotton cake feed; on the other hand can be widely used in straw feed fermentation, it can quickly put the cellulose in the straw, Hemicellulose breaks down and transforms into valuable bacterial proteins, which greatly increase the crude protein content of the feed. In the past eight years, microbial cake detoxifiers have been experimentally promoted in Hebei, Henan, Shandong, and Beijing, and have achieved good results.
Here are four application methods:
1. The non-toxic cotton cake feed was made by detoxification and fermentation with cotton cake. Cakes are rich in vegetable protein, which is a good feed for livestock, but due to the toxic substance gossypol in cotton cakes, a lot of cotton cake resources are wasted. Microbial detoxifiers can quickly remove gossypol from cotton cakes without using high temperature, high pressure, or any chemicals. Its operation method is: according to the weight of cotton cake 50% plus fresh water and wet, then add a small amount of cornmeal, wheat bran as a fermentation aid, and then add 0.1% of the cake weight of microbial cake detoxification agent, fully mix Can be placed in pots, jars or piled on the cement floor to detoxify the fermentation. After about 3 to 5 days, a little white mycelium grows on the cake, and it gives off a sweet, fragrant, sour, and alcoholic taste. At this time, the cake has been detoxified into a good non-toxic cotton cake feed.
2. Fermentation of high-protein silage with microbial cotton cake detoxifier. When the crop straw is harvested, the straw is crushed, 0.05% of the straw weight is added to the cotton cake detoxification agent, and placed in a silo (such as cement pool, crypt or plastic bag, etc.) for fermentation. Like traditional silage, the layers are compacted and finally sealed. After about 3 weeks, the silage is sweet, fragrant, sour, and alcoholic. Silage can be stored for 3 to 5 years, but it is best used in one year. Taking corn stover as an example, the silage contained 29.3% of crude fiber and 5.7% of crude protein before silage, crude fiber decreased to 28.4% after silage, crude protein rose to 12.9%, and traditional silage crude protein was 4.5%. The crude protein of this silage is 2.82 times that of traditional silage.
3. Use a microbial cotton cake detoxifier to make a dry straw high-protein fermentation feed. After drying the crop stalks, the crude fiber content was 30% to 50%, the crude protein content was 3.7% to 5.7%, and the vitamin was only 2.5 mg/kg. The texture of the straw becomes hard and the palatability is very poor. The content of crude protein is only about one-third that of the cattle and sheep. If the detoxifier is used for fermentation, the crude fiber in the feed is significantly reduced, and the crude protein content can basically meet the needs of cattle and sheep.
Dry straw fermentation production method is: the dry straw crushed, and rinsed in clean water, remove it and remove excess water on the cement floor (about 1 to 2 hours). After the cement is sterilized, the straw is laid into a rectangular pile, each about 15 cm thick. Spread a layer of starter on the stack, a layer of straw a layer of starter, is divided into 3 layers, a total thickness of 45 cm. After the stacking is over, cover the fiber bag and incubate for about 3 to 5 days (4 to 5 days for winter and spring). White mycelium will be produced on the material surface. When the material is sweet, fragrant, sour, and tasteful, that is, Can be used to feed cattle, sheep and so on. The fermentation material needs to be fed for 2 days, and it should not be stored for a long time so as to avoid deterioration. The fermentation can be carried out according to the number of cattle, sheep, and feed intake to ensure quality.
4. Ferment the concentrate with a cotton cake detoxifier. In addition to the detoxification of cottonseed cakes and rapeseed cakes, the concentrate feed can generally be directly fed. In order to further improve the crude protein content and palatability of the concentrate feed, we can ferment the concentrate feed. For example, add cornmeal, wheat bran, and cake together with 0.1% by weight of detoxification agent, add appropriate amount of fresh water, mix well, and ferment on the cement floor. The stacking thickness is 25-30 cm, and the fiber bag is used to cover the insulation and can be fed after 3 to 4 days. At this time, there will be white mycelium on the material surface, and there are sweet, fragrant, sour, and alcoholic flavors, and beancake, salt, and other additives can be added when feeding. There are four advantages of the fermentation of refined feed: one is non-toxic; the second is to increase the crude protein content; the third is to eat livestock, improve feed utilization; the fourth is to reduce feed costs.
