For the insemination of female geese, the semen collected from the male geese should be diluted 1:1 or 1:2 with physiological saline ie 0.9% sodium chloride. Then, the diluted semen was inhaled into the anaesthesia device, inserted into the vagina of the goose at a depth of 7-10 cm, and 0.1 ml of semen was input. A female goose enters semen once every five or six days. The amount of insemination on the first day needs to be doubled. Before insemination, the mother goose can be fixed on the stool, first wipe the anus around the female goose with a cotton ball, and then close the lower edge of the cloaca with the thumb, gently press down to make it open, and then insert the insemination.
