Ali Health Announcement: Signed an Operational Service Agreement with Tmall Medical Center

Yesterday evening (September 12th), Ali Health announced that the announcement of the operation service agreement between Ali Health and Tmall has been approved by the board of directors. This means that the service agreement between Ali Health and Tmall Medical Museum has officially entered into force.

What agreement

Prior to April 1, 2016, Ali Health issued a notice stating that it had terminated the previous acquisition of the Tmall Medical Museum worth 19.48 billion yuan, and signed a three-year service agreement with Tmall from Alibaba Group. The operation rights of the Cat Medicine Museum and the relevant service fees are charged to Tmall.

According to the service agreement, Ali Health shall provide Tmall with outsourcing and value-added services including Tmall's medical and health care business investment, customer service and operation. Tmall will pay the service fee to Ali Health. The specific fee is based on the merchant's passing. The sales of Tmall sales related products or services account for 21.5% of the expenses paid to Tmall entities, which is simply a service share.

This vote is nothing more than the final confirmation of the previously determined service agreement.
