First, the biological characteristics of Russian crickets
1. Food habits and forms The feeding habits of Russian quail vary from river to river. Feeding benthic animals, such as chironomid larvae, amphipoda, and oligochaetes, on Russian rivers in the Volga; Russian aphids in the Caspian Sea consume amphipatics, slightly larger devour molluscs, horns. Shrimp, chironomid larvae, and worms, etc.; and on the shores of the Black Sea in Georgia, Russian oysters. Crustaceans are devoured, and large individuals devour mollusks and young crabs.

2. The growth of Russian apes is fastest in the Azov Sea, followed by the Caspian Sea and the Black Sea. The migratory species grow faster than the settled species. In the Azov Sea, the first-year-old fish is 29.4 cm in length, the 2nd-instar fish has a total length of 46.2 cm, and the body weight is 2 kg. The 5th-instar fish has a total length of 66.6 cm and a body weight of 5.5 kg. The total length is 89.8 cm and the weight is 12 kg.
Second, Russian oyster mariculture experiment
1. Test method
(1) Farming conditions Russian sturgeon species specifications: Farmed Russian sturgeon seedlings have a length of 6 to 10 centimeters when they arrive in April. The survival rate of seedlings during transportation is 95%. Aquaculture pond size: Set up 4 small water aquaculture ponds, 5mx8mx2m, of which 2 freshwater aquaculture ponds are used for domestication of Russian alfalfa and 2 marine aquaculture ponds are used for marine aquaculture. The pool water is inflated with an inflator. There is a sun-protection roof on the pool, and there is a drainage pipe and a fish-stopping device under the pool.
(2) Transitional stocking First, 80 Russian juvenile larvae are stocked in two freshwater ponds, with a water intake of 1.2 meters. In a period of 1 month, the transition from fresh water to sea water; change the water every 2 days for the first 15 days, drain 1/5 of the water body each time, and fill in the same amount of seawater; change the water once every 15 days. One-fifth of the water was drained.
(3) Other conditions According to the characteristics that the Russian plutonium is sensitive to changes in the water temperature and the requirement for dissolved oxygen in the water is higher, the water temperature is required to be maintained at 16-22°C. The water source is adequate and the water quality is fresh. Each pool is equipped with a small aerator for inflating day and night. It has a dissolved oxygen level of 7.5 mg/L and is equipped with various other necessary tools.
2. Aquaculture management
(1) Routine management Regular inspections of Russian crickets for feeding and activities are normal, adequate oxygen supply is maintained, and changes in water level, fatness, and food intake of fish are readily available. Change the water 1 to 2 days according to the water situation, and wash the pool regularly for 2-3 days.
(2) After the feed is fed to Russian juvenile larvae, the larvae may stop feeding for 1 to 2 days to adapt to the culture environment. The silkworm and silkworm were preliminarily fed, followed by dietary domestication, and they began to use the special feed for common carp. They were fed 4 times a day, and were fed every 4 hours from 8:00 in the morning. The amount of fish fed was generally 3% of the fish's body weight. %about. Carp has the characteristics of feeding at night, so the amount of feeding in the afternoon should be more. During this period, due to the fact that the feed protein content at the beginning stage was about 40%, there was a phenomenon that the fish body became thin and even died. After the researchers adjusted the formula and produced a special carp feed, the protein content reached more than 50%, showing signs of improvement.
(3) Feeding conditions The optimum temperature for growth and development of Russian cockroaches is 18-24°C. Within this temperature range, the amount of feed can be appropriately increased. It is necessary to clear the baits and feces in the pool in time and maintain the transparency of the pool water more than 40 cm. After a period of feeding, grading should be resumed.
(4) Disease Prevention Russia has a layer of horny rubber on the body's surface, which is not easy to hurt. It has strong resistance to parasites and harmful microorganisms, but it cannot be taken lightly. Before entering the pool, the squid should be soaked with 3% to 4% saline for about 20 minutes. The chlorine and chlorine dioxide disinfectants are regularly sterilized on a monthly basis, and the bait is administered twice a month.
3. Trial results from the end of March to early April began to test Russian quail, length 6.0-8.0 cm, weight about 10-12 grams, after 5 months of growth, the end of August at 38-43 cm in length, weight 230 ~ 260 grams, the survival rate was 65% and 71%, respectively, and achieved preliminary results, laying the foundation for large-scale factory breeding.
