Baoji City Council interviews about illegal medical device operators

In order to effectively strengthen the supervision of medical device management companies, the Food and Drug Administration of Baoji City, Shaanxi Province recently conducted an interview with the medical device operating companies that have experienced problems in the second half of the year, and educated relevant persons in charge regarding the existence of laws and regulations. The problem is to emphasize that the company must abide by the rules and regulations and conduct legal business operations in the future business activities, and must not re-enter illegal business operations.

The person-in-charge of the interviewed company stated that due to the weak awareness of laws and regulations and the lack of internal quality management, it will lead to illegal business operations. In the future, it will strengthen the study of medical device laws and regulations and internal management of enterprises, eliminate illegal acts and improve service quality.

The person in charge of the Baoji City Bureau stated that the Bureau will continue to adhere to the principle of combining punishment and education, strengthen the awareness of the enterprises to consciously abide by the laws and regulations of medical devices, standardize the business operations of the enterprises, and promote the sound development of the medical device operating environment in the jurisdiction.
