4. During assembly, make sure no dirt or foreign particles enter the valve mechanism. Apply clean, new hydraulic oil to all surfaces to ensure smooth operation. When installing the valve sleeve and core, align them carefully to avoid misalignment or impact that could damage the components.
5. When installing the coupling, it is crucial to match the correct alignment between the coupling and the rotor. Specifically, the mark on the external spline of the coupling should be aligned with the corresponding mark on the internal spline of the rotor. If there are no marks, align the centerline of the coupling’s upper pinch groove with the tooth centerline of the rotor.
6. If during steering you feel excessive resistance when turning the wheel (and hear a "click" sound indicating the safety valve is opening), do not force the wheel further. Forcing it may cause the hydraulic fluid temperature to rise, potentially damaging internal components.
7. Avoid turning the steering wheel too forcefully when the engine is off or when the pump is not operating. Always steer slowly to prevent damage to the spring plate, pins, or linkage mechanisms.
8. Use the correct viscosity of hydraulic oil as specified in the manufacturer's guidelines. Keep the oil clean to prevent overheating and reduce wear on internal parts. Regularly check and replace the oil as needed to maintain optimal system performance.
