Artificial incubation methods include the following key steps:
1. **Temperature and Humidity Control**:
During the early stage (days 1–15), maintain a temperature of 38.5°C to 38°C. In the middle stage (days 16–30), lower the temperature to 38°C to 37.5°C. Humidity should be around 60% during the early phase, 50% in the middle, and 60–70% in the late stage and during hatching.
2. **Egg Turning**:

3. **Cooling the Eggs**:

6. **Assisting Hatching**:
After 35 days, some ducklings may struggle to hatch on their own. In such cases, carefully assist them by gently removing shell fragments to increase the overall hatching success rate.
7. **Seasonal Incubation Options**:
During spring, summer, and autumn, solar-heated water bag incubators are a cost-effective option. These systems require only about 2 cents per 1,000 eggs, making them ideal for small-scale or budget-conscious breeders.
